When choosing a boiler installation, there are factors you will need to consider. 

1. Which type of fuel you are going to use. Are you looking to go with gas or perhaps solar energy?
2. The size of your home, as an oversized boiler will lead to wastage and increased energy bills. Similarly, a boiler that is not powerful enough for a large home may not heat the home adequately or be able to pump enough water through the pipes and to your taps. 
3. The number of people living in the property and whether multiple taps, showers and radiators will all be required to work simultaneously. 

Do you have a boiler that requires a landlord gas safety check and certificate issued? 

JEL Boilers can assist. We charge around £50 for a single gas appliance. Should you have further gas appliances such as a gas fire and a gas hob or cooker, for a small additional fee, we can check those appliances as well. 

A landlord gas safety check is a UK legal requirement and all landlords renting out property to tenants must have a gas safety certificate for all of the gas appliances in the home.
